Acceptance

By downloading, installing, or using Me2Leads — the mobile application or this website — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

These terms apply to all users of Me2Leads, including the Free plan. By accepting, you confirm you have the legal capacity to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.

If you are accepting on behalf of a company or other legal entity — for example, under the Business plan — you represent that you have authority to bind that entity. In that case, references to "you" in these terms refer to that entity.

The service

Me2Leads is a mobile lead-management application and marketing platform published by De Bouana SARL, a private limited company registered in Luxembourg (N° B285510, 7, am Brill · Schweich · Luxembourg 🇱🇺).

The service is available in three tiers:

We may update, expand, or retire features at any time. Material changes affecting paid tiers are notified at least 30 days in advance.

Accounts & eligibility

To create an account you must be at least 16 years old. We do not knowingly provide the service to anyone under 16. If we discover a user is under 16, we will delete the account without notice.

You must provide accurate, current information when registering. One account per natural person — account sharing between multiple individuals is not permitted under the Free or Premium plan. The Business plan's licence-seat mechanism is the supported path for multi-user team access.

You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential. Session tokens are rotated automatically on logout and every password change. If you believe your account has been compromised, notify us immediately at contact@me2leads.com.

Licence grant

Subject to your compliance with these terms, De Bouana grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use Me2Leads on devices you own or control, for your personal or internal business purposes.

You may not:

• Sublicense, sell, resell, transfer, or assign the service or your right to use it to any third party.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract the source code of the application.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the app or its underlying technology.
• Use automated scripts, bots, or tools to access, scrape, or probe the service or its API at scale.
• Remove or obscure any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices in the app.

Open-source components bundled with Me2Leads remain under their respective open-source licences. A list is available on request.

Your content & data

You retain full ownership of the contacts and data you create or import into Me2Leads. We claim no intellectual-property rights over your content.

By enabling cloud sync (Premium or Business), you grant De Bouana a limited, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, transmit, and process your data solely to operate and improve the service. This licence ends when you delete the data or close your account.

Your responsibilities as a data controller

Under the GDPR, the contacts you scan describe other people's personal data. You are the data controller for those contacts; Me2Leads acts as your processor. This means you must:

• Only capture contacts for a lawful purpose and on a legitimate legal basis.
• Inform individuals of your processing activity where required by applicable law.
• Honour any erasure or access request made by a contact whose data you hold.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Me2Leads to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation, including data-protection and anti-spam laws.
• Capture contacts without a lawful basis, or with intent to harass, stalk, or harm individuals.
• Upload, transmit, or store content that is unlawful, defamatory, or infringes third-party rights.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, circumvent, or disable the encryption protecting stored data.
• Resell, sublicense, or commercialise access to the service without written consent from De Bouana.
• Misrepresent your affiliation with De Bouana SARL or the Me2Leads brand.
• Use contact data stored in Me2Leads to send unsolicited bulk messages (spam).
• Interfere with or disrupt the infrastructure, servers, or networks connected to the service.

Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account, with or without notice, depending on severity.

Subscriptions & billing

Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time from Account → Subscription plan inside the app.

• Android & web payments are processed by Stripe. Your payment details are held by Stripe — we never see your card number.
• iOS payments are managed through RevenueCat and processed by Apple. Apple's own terms and refund procedures apply.
• Grace periods apply on expiry: 1 day for monthly plans, 5 days for yearly plans, before your account is downgraded to Free.

Intellectual property

The Me2Leads name, logo, brand mark, user interface design, and underlying software are the exclusive property of De Bouana SARL and are protected by Luxembourg and EU intellectual-property law, including copyright and trademark.

Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of any intellectual property to you. You receive only the limited licence described in § 04.

If you believe any content on this website or in the app infringes your intellectual-property rights, write to contact@me2leads.com with the subject line "IP notice".

Third-party services

Me2Leads integrates several third-party technologies to deliver its features:

Each of these services is governed by its own terms and privacy policy. We are not responsible for third-party service interruptions or changes to their terms.

Warranties & disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We make reasonable efforts to maintain uptime and data integrity, but we do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free availability of the app or cloud sync.
• 100% accuracy of OCR-extracted contact data — always verify scanned information before acting on it.
• That the service will meet every specific requirement you may have.

To the extent permitted by Luxembourg law, we disclaim all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, De Bouana's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from use of Me2Leads is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. For Free-plan users, liability is capped at 10 €.

In no event will De Bouana be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunity — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Luxembourg or EU law.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless De Bouana SARL and its officers, employees, and agents against any claims, liabilities, damages, and costs — including reasonable legal fees — arising from:

• Your breach of these Terms of Use.
• Your violation of any applicable law or the rights of a third party.
• Your processing of third-party contact data without a lawful basis under GDPR.

Termination

By you

You may close your account at any time via Account → Delete account. This permanently removes your cloud data within 30 days. Locally stored data remains on your device until you uninstall the app.

By us

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms. Where practical, we will warn you first. Immediate suspension may apply for serious violations — fraud, illegal activity, or significant security threats.

On termination by us, amounts already paid for the current billing period will not be refunded unless the termination was caused by our error. Prepaid Business-plan months may be refunded pro-rata in that case.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Use at any time. When we make a material change, we update the version number and the "Last updated" date above, and notify active users by email or in-app banner at least 30 days before the change takes effect.

Continuing to use Me2Leads after the effective date of a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not accept the new terms, you must stop using the service and may close your account before the change takes effect.

Governing law & contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg. Any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Luxembourg, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protections available in your EU country of residence.
